Terms of Service

Effective date: 1st January 2026

These Terms govern your use of QawlAI.com and any services provided by QawlAI. They are designed to be clear about how the website and services may be used, how service relationships are formed, and where responsibility sits on each side.

Who we are

QawlAI

QawlAI provides AI-enabled communication, lead handling, automation, and related digital services.

Using the site

The website may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with how it works, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content without permission, or use it in breach of any applicable law or regulation.

Access to the website may be suspended, restricted, or withdrawn where these Terms are breached or where this is reasonably necessary to protect QawlAI, its systems, or its users.

Website content

Content on the website is provided for general information only. It is not legal, financial, regulatory, or professional advice, and it should not be relied on as such.

QawlAI aims to keep website content accurate and current, but does not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, or fully up to date.

Services

A reference to services on the website does not amount to a binding offer. A service relationship normally begins only when scope, pricing, and commercial terms are agreed in writing, whether by proposal, order form, statement of work, invoice, or other written agreement.

Where a separate written agreement applies, that agreement takes priority over these Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

Your responsibilities

To allow services to be delivered properly, you agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, approvals where needed, and any access or materials reasonably required for the work.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide any data, content, credentials, branding, copy, or materials shared with QawlAI, and for ensuring that those materials do not infringe the rights of others or breach applicable law.

Fees and payment

Fees, billing terms, and payment arrangements will be set out in the relevant proposal, invoice, or written agreement. UK contract transparency rules place particular importance on key commercial terms being clear and accessible.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Fees are stated in pounds sterling.
  • VAT is added where applicable.
  • Payment is due within 5 business days of the invoice date.
  • QawlAI may pause services where invoices remain overdue.
Changes to scope

If the agreed scope changes, fees, timelines, deliverables, or technical requirements may need to change too. Additional work outside the original scope may be quoted and agreed separately.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the website, branding, systems, templates, methods, internal tools, and pre-existing materials belongs to QawlAI or its licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Rights in project deliverables will be governed by the relevant written agreement. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, no intellectual property rights transfer until all sums due have been paid in full.

Third-party services

Some services rely on third-party tools, platforms, hosting providers, communications providers, analytics tools, payment processors, or AI providers. QawlAI is not responsible for downtime, interruptions, external policy changes, pricing changes, or service limitations caused by third-party providers outside its reasonable control.

AI-assisted services

Where services include AI-assisted or automated workflows, outputs may not always be complete, accurate, or suitable for every purpose. You should review outputs before relying on them for legal, financial, regulatory, operational, or other important decisions.

Privacy and data protection

Personal data is handled in line with the Privacy Policy. Where QawlAI processes personal data as part of its services, each party remains responsible for meeting its own legal obligations in relation to that data.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other’s confidential information private and use it only for the purpose of the relationship, unless disclosure is required by law or the information is already lawfully public.

Suspension and termination

QawlAI may suspend or terminate access to the website or services where there is a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, unlawful use, security risk, or another serious issue that justifies doing so.

Where services are provided under a separate written agreement, termination will be governed by that agreement. If no separate written agreement applies, either party may end the service relationship on reasonable written notice, subject to payment for work already completed or committed.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Contract terms must remain fair and transparent, and rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Otherwise, QawlAI will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, or data.

QawlAI’s total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the website or services will be limited to the amount paid to QawlAI for the relevant services in the 12 months before the claim arose, or £100 if no fees were paid.

Consumer rights

If you are contracting with QawlAI as a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable law allows a consumer to bring a claim elsewhere in the UK.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always appear on the website with the latest effective date.
